I Would Like To Leave The Xbox One Dashboard Preview Program Please.

I want to leave the program because my friends keep saying that my connection is making their game lag when I join their party chat. Awhile ago I was in a support chat with someone from Microsoft and we both believe that since nothing appears to be wrong
with my connection, the only problem might be that i'm in the preview program and they aren't. Before I got out of the support chat, the support person said to post a request on the forum asking to leave the program.

you can leave via the app on xbox but you will still be in this current update

 

Both of the above posts are correct.

You can use the preview app to remove yourself from the program. However, you will remain in the program until the current preview is released to the public.

If you cannot use the preview app to resign from the program then you should post in the preview forums for more assistance.

I cannot use the app because I bought my Xbox from GameStop and it came with the preview program installed. I cannot access the forums because my email and password were never registered in the preview program. How do I stop getting preview updates. I've
been getting them for 9 months, I've erased my Xbox twice and still nothing can fix it. I've called Microsoft 6 times and chatted with them many time two.
