i haven't had a email or noone has talked me me and noone,its starting to get annoying and its just i can't its been 2 weeks and i still haven't had a reply on my ban

Usually, if wondering about a ban, sending an email or try to talk with them through the Chat support service, usually should give an answer, and maybe even solve such situation in some way. Hope the situation will be solved, Genesis Be polite, friendly
and respectable, and everything should work just fine, i think

it says this console has been banned from xbox live and when i click connect comes up with a big message and i haven't gotton anything been trying to get support for a week and 2 days now still no reason to why i'm banned nothing in my email or anything
or even on the website just my poast account bans that was a long time ago ,how would i know what general rule i broke if noone tells me? thats all im asking for

i was told by support that my xbox was banned on the 31 of august and its connected to my Xbox and they can see the ban but only enforcement team can tell me why im banned

all i've been asking support and posting for a week is why im banned and if i broke a *general rule* what rule did i break? i've just been playing my xbox then reboot to see im banned
