It Was Just My Xbox No Accounts

 

If you were console banned you are Not eligible for a case review and it cannot be undone once you received it. As Genesis said check enforcement.xbox.com/ to see why you got the console banned.

 

I've checked there there's nothing to do with my console ban and I'm asking why my Xbox got banned ? I was told they wouldn't. Ban without a a reason ,all I'm asking for is a reason

 

Only a staff member can give you a accurate result if you used a different account when you got console banned can you provide the gamertag and I'll try to get someone in here for you. Thanks

There is no one in the forums that has the answer for you. If it is not posted on the enforcement team website then my questions is are you sure it is banned?

If it is banned the you should have also gotten and email to your email address on file with xbox. It won't give you specifics it will be in general the rules that were broken.

it says this console has been banned from xbox live and when i click connect comes up with a big message and i haven't gotton anything been trying to get support for a week and 2 days now still no reason to why i'm banned nothing in my email or anything
or even on the website just my poast account bans that was a long time ago ,how would i know what general rule i broke if noone tells me? thats all im asking for

i was told by support that my xbox was banned on the 31 of august and its connected to my Xbox and they can see the ban but only enforcement team can tell me why im banned

all i've been asking support and posting for a week is why im banned and if i broke a *general rule* what rule did i break? i've just been playing my xbox then reboot to see im banned

you will not get a reply here. if you already talked to support staff and they said you need to ask the enforcement team, why are you posting here? we are not the enforcement team. you should contact support again and find out from them how you can get
information from the enforcement team.
