    Hello,can somebody help me?

    I have an xbox live account and i wanna so much play online games but i cant because its says that my account dont have the profile to play online games.

    How can i fix this?

    I have xbox live and good connection but it says i cant play online. The website says i have a clean record too so i dont know why i cant play online.

    In order to play online multiplayer games you will need to have an active Gold membership. Right now your account is Silver, once you purchase a Gold membership either online or via membership card from your local store you'll be able to play online.
