Therr is no international xbox

They are regional

For example certain regions require 2 year coverage vs north America it's only 1

And with consoles regardless of platform you need to ship tp and from a local address in said region so if you buy a us console you have to ship it at yoir own cost to an address in the US then file a warranty claim from said address and they will only ship back to that address not international addresses

Your online content is delegated by the region of your account and your local laws

You would have bigger issues like reading road signs and following instructions or ordering food then reading a game console if you didn't know your national language as your signs and everyone else would be speaking the nationally supported languages
