I would like to have my coins and tickets returned please.

I had just spent money on 5 extra coins to get more bingos (which I ended up getting at least 8 more) and your bingo system went down. I'm directly connected to a cord that goes directly into the wall for internet service; therefore I know this is not a
WIFI issue. This has happened on way too many occasions and I would like to be reimbursed with my coins and tickets, please. I am now working in Brazil trying to get it's Collection Card completed and I had 10 Bingo cards I was working on at 32 tickets.
I cannot recall exactly what the cost in coins was to continue with the additional 5 ball call. I would absolutely not be bothering you all with this if it hasn't been for the fact that I've paid quite a bit of money to increase both my ticket count and
coin count. PLEASE refund me something because I had won quite a number of bingos during that game and had all 3 of my Power Numbers called and only 2 are showing up right now as being called. I feel this is extremely unfair and who knows how many Brazil
Collections I probably lost out on during this whole situation. Again, PLEASE help me and reimburse me, PLEASE...

Should be able to trade or transfer tickets to coins

I have 29,000 tickets, can't give them away or trade them for coins. I would like to transfer 25,000 into coins.

Could someone please fix the ability to purchase coins and tickets? I have been receiving the following error message for almost a week now every time I try to either purchase coins and tickets or just watch the videos to get free coins and tickets:

"Your purchase cannot be completed at this moment; it has been canceled. Please try again later."

Please resolve this error message...thank you!

 

I'm now having to spend more money on tickets and coins as a result of the issue with your server/system which I feel is very unfair. Again, is there any way you all can do anything with reimbursing me with tickets as well as coins since those were both
lost/impacted by your server going down. I honestly enjoy playing Bingo and am only asking for some assistance since the issue was on your end. In the evenings I'll often play this game on my laptop with my mom because she enjoys it as well. It's just unfortunate
all of the issues you all are continuing to have with your system, which makes it ultimately difficult for us, the end users. Please help me!
