    I would like to give a service report of my most recent support agent encounter.


    I recently received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, from an agent named Adam, I accidentally refreshed the page and never got to give him a review, I was hoping you guys could put this review on his recorded. Since you have access
    to who I was chatting with. I had been working with agents all day trying to fix an issue with my Xbox one x and things were becoming hopeless, but I thought I’d try once more, and I’m glad I did. Even though we were not able to resolve the problem, the whole
    process was made 10000x less stress full and worrying, in fact I actually enjoyed our time talking. Usually things things are a pain in the ass but not this time. He was polite, respectful, enthusiastic, actually understood what was going on and understood
    what I was saying, and most of all he seemed to enjoy it. This is an employee like no other, and whatever you are paying him is too little (no offense). I give him 20 out of 10 stars. Husband potential is ridiculous which became apparent in just a 20 minute
    convo! I hope this review gets put to use and not just discarded and I hope you can show him this aswell. Thank you for your time

    IP Address?

    First of all, contacting a Support agent will do nothing. Please file a complaint on the user. Read this to learn how to:

    Also, contact your ISP(Internet Service Provider) and tell them that you're a victim of a DoS attack and they'll give you a new IP Address.

    Hey guys, I recently contacted xbox support asking about becoming an Xbox One Preview Member, I was told my the agent to post my Gamertag in the support forums requesting an Invitation, if its possible id really appreciate it. The customer service I got
    was amazing, the agent gave me free codes for my Xbox avatar lol :) anyway my gamertag is . Thanks again!

    Microsoft Tier 3 Support Escalation

    I do have the service request number and I was told by two agents and their supervisor that it was being worked by the advocacy team, but it has been two weeks since the advocacy team started working my case and I have heard nothing. The supervisor I spoke
    to at xbox support said that they were structured in a way that there was no way to escalate to them and that I would just have to wait to be notified when my issue is resolved, which would happen most likely via email.

    Xbox Agent threatened me

    You can call back but it should be noted an agent can't call you back unless you gave him your number directly

    It done thru an IVR like most call centre that have callback they don't know what number they are calling they just see your name

    They don't get a call unless someone picks up and you are assigned the random agent available it's like a min later

    That's why the MS call back in Canada doesn't work because of the new stir/shake system

    scam callers hate the system lol though I hear my friends who don't have stir shake occasionally getting calls

    I know cause I have to use a voip app to call back for xbox or MS store even samsung support

    2nd cs agents cant ban your accounts they never had the power

    After the pro edited video incident agents aren't even named anymore

    Stepto Boris bootblack etc

    But they never had the power to ban unless a report or encounter online

    There are teams that review reports it's not just one person

    3rd if you got a service request number the call would've been also.recorded well all calls are recorded it's simple matter of pulling up your account on their end and seeing notes for Sr numbers
