No map packs?

Hello, my old gamertag is: Short Sentence. My profile was banned a few months back for violation of the terms of use. I completely accept the responsibility of the ban. But, I would however, like my purchased content to be refunded or redownloaded. I payed
over $150 out of my own money purchasing these things, and I am unable to download them at my will; which was said to be able to happen if purchased. I would either like my money back, or my maps packs and other content back. If not, I will be sure to call
and complain. There is absolutely no reason that I cannot have my map packs and add-ons because my profile has been banned. Thank you.

Note that the decision they make is final, your account was investigated and the decision was made and your account banned. You were found to violate the Terms of Use and the Code of Conduct.

I would understand if I was banned from sharing my name on my profile for example like 4 days or something like that but permanently? Xbox is making it hard for gamers like me & others to be our selfs when they keep handing out enforcements for no reason.
I was an ambassador for a reason & even they suspended me when I was helping out other people. Also the two names blanked out was just two sun emojis.

Well if that's the case then I want all my money back that I spent on this system... thats ridiculous that I get banned for someone else hacking into my account an getting m ban for no reason... would be nice if the enforcement team would actually read

My console is also banned. No modification, no cheating, no hacking. When I got a response about a reason for my console being banned, the problem was "piracy". I have never pirated a game. Every game I get is 100% legitimate. I purchase everything from
the Game Marketplace. Why would this happen? BTW The only other profile that is on my xbox gets on every couple weeks and only plays oblivion.
