i would like to disconnect my twitter from xbox ambassador account,

my reasons is its is my personal account and i would like to make one for the ambassador account.

(i have chatted with xbox support)

Removed from Xbox Ambassador

I've been removed from Xbox Ambassador 5 months ago or more and I don't know why. I tried to contact them on twitter and their account in XBL but they're not responding on my messages, even I can't post about this issue on "Ambassador Forum" somehow only
Ambassadors can Use it.

 

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

Have you looked at going into your Twitter account and revoke access to the watchtower app? That is one way to remove access. I do not see any way in the responder / watchtower to do it.

Please keep us advised on your progress.

 

I would like to do that too, what did they tell you on the Xbox support?

 

Its not currently possible to unlink one twitter account and add a different one. There is no current way via responder to do that. I know it was being looked into. You should not remove access to watchtower via twitter or like me you will be unable to
take any twitter questions

In future I would not recommend using support for anything about the Ambassador program. They would likely have no idea. You would be best to reach out to your ACE or use the discord server/chat to speak to an Ambassador Staff member
