good evening I apologize enormously for the inconvenience but I would like to ask you for a big favor so I'll explain everything I bought the used playstation 4 from a friend of mine who only had minecraft when I wanted to try it too and I tried to play the servers he always tells me that and An account has already been created and I should log in to that account to delete it the problem is that both me and the guy who sold it to me can't remember the password so every time I try to log in it says: log in previously connected minecraft, ZunkedBrick1257 so please can you delete this account or help me in any way. Hello Fortnick008, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the game.

I would really like to help with this if I could. However, Xbox does state in their terms that the sale or sharing of a different account is not allowed. I do apologize but as the account you're asking about belonged to someone else originally no one would be able to help.

no good creating a new microsoft email as that just creates a new xbox profile as the microsoft account IS the xbox account, you would need to follow the recover account option listed in the above post.

Hey there broosedragon,

It will not actually be possible to reset your accounts Xbox achievements and all without deleting your Microsoft account. If you would like to start over you would need to create a new Microsoft account so that you can then register it with Xbox.

Sorry to hear it. It sounds like your son created a new email address and then created a new account either on the console or xbox.com and used a false birth date.

If you would like to permanently delete the account you can follow the instructions here.
