i would like to buy a new Xbox (currently using xbox one)

for me to change the email address my account is linked too i need to it again sends and authorization code to the email address i can no longer access...

Would you be able to change the email address that your account is linked to?

We totally understand your concern right now. However, in your isolated case, we would like to know more about it in details so that we can provide a more accurate resolution for you. To start, please provide us information/answer on the following questions:

1. Have you tried to recover your account using the online account recovery? Please use this link. Recover your account (live.com)
   
2. Try to sign in your account here. You can't sign in to your Microsoft account
   
3. Have you tried recovering your account email via our webform?
   

Since we don't have the option for now to transfer an email to another email. We would like to set expectation that Microsoft account recovery is managed by a completely automated server, and we do not have manual access to it. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We are committed to protecting your personal information, and the meticulous account recovery process is intended to protect you from any possible malicious activity. Where did you buy your Xbox One X? Was it new or used? If used, most likely there would be a wear and tear. I would recommend a new one for next time.
