I have been banned for 1 one month for using offensive language towards another player but me and that player are still good friends and he knew it was a joke and he doesn't care if it was or wasn't a joke he wants me unbanned to just as much as I want myself
to be unbanned and out of the people in the world who have Xbox you pick me to ban why just because of one bad message And this is the first one in a while so I hope that you can consider unbanning my account

Hi I am an Xbox gamer I would like my suspension to be shortened or unbanned I really hope the enforcement team will understand I did nothing I am against taking other players accounts so please understand I was falsely accused.

Sorry to hear it. If you've had an enforcement action on your account you'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click on the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason and duration of the action
as well as open a case review with the PET.

Hi there,

No one in the forums is able to assist with suspensions as only the Enforcement Team can respond to them. They don't use the forums.

Here are a couple things you can do.

You can go to https://enforcement.xbox.com to submit a case review on the suspension/get details on the extension. The case review is the only way to contact the Enforcement Team.

If it's after the time it was set (If it was issued at 1 am UTC, it will lift at 1am UTC), and it's not lifted, do a controller update and see if that clears anything up.
