    Hi my name is Lilian,I 18 years but my account is dated in 1999 , I would like to be part of the Preview Program but i have a child account, that i created accidentally and has 2 years old. Please help me to join Preview Pogram my gamertag

    I have spoken with Raymond R of customer support and he says apparently my account is part of the Preview Program but i cannot seem to be able to download the app. I would like this problem solved so i can download the app and use the preview program. My
    GamerTag is Harley Zoom 360. Thank you

    Sorry to hear it. However, if you cannot get into the preview program because your gamertag is underage there is nothing we can do to help as once the birthdate has been entered it cannot be changed.

    The only solution you would have here is to create an account with the proper birthdate. There is nothing you can do about this with the current gamertag that you have.
