Change profile pic on the forums?

Sorry if this isn't the correct place to ask, but on the forums, I'm currently using my old Xbox 360 gamerpic. I would like to know how to update it to my current Xbox One gamerpic.

 

Custom Gamerpics

My birth Date is set to November 6,1991, before that it was set to 1983. I changed it because after about a year of it at 1983 I am Still unable to have a custom gamerpic, please help. I would like to have a custom gamerpic, my account is adult but when
i go to change my gamerpic it says i need an adult account. This is very annoying

 

That gamer pic is from the "Metalocalypse Picture Pack".

It was sold for 80 MSP, but I cant find whether it can still be bought. A quick search on your console should tell you though. Good luck.

 

You would need to search in the marketplace then go to the extras and finally pick gamer pics as the category.

I did a search myself for "Metalocalypse" and "Adult Swim" but wasn't able to find anything.

I also searched for other adult swim gamer pic released with the Metalocalypse ones like Aqua Teen Hunger Forces but wasn't able to find those either.

I think they may have been removed. Shame, the picture would have went perfect with your gamertag.

Hmm I really don't know. From what I know there are a lot of terms involved when a gamer pic is put up on the marketplace for sales. Terms like which regions the gamer pic can be purchased in and of course, the amount of time the picture will be up for
sales.

Whether or not the adult swim pictures go back on the marketplace is between adult swim and Microsoft.

But if I had to bet, it would be that these pictures are long gone.

 

Ok thank but lets say if I had a friend that has that gamerpic right?, then I can copy the picture pack and put it onto usb will that work? or not ?

 

DRM is gonna stop you from copying the pic and taking it back with you. The only people who can use that pic are the person who downloaded it and all profiles that are on the same console where the DRM license is located.

If you knew that friend personally, you would be able to use the picture if you and your friend were both logged into the same xbox with internet access and the "Metalocalypse Picture Pack" was on the HDD. Then you could change your picture into the clown
but it wouldn't be permanent. If you were to ever change it you would lose access to it.

Well, if you got the big teeth gamer pic from a friend, then if you ever change to another one, you wont be able to change back into the big teeth pic till you log the profile THE EV1L CLOWN on the console where the DRM license is for the gamer picture pack
is or your friend brings his profile and the picture pack to your console and you have internet connection available to validate the license.

You could try a Bing search on your console. Just go to the far left on the dashboard/home screen and type in the name of the picture pack that was given above and see what it can find. Bing search on the console can help you find anything that's on the
Xbox Live service. If nothing comes up that either means 1) you put in the wrong search query, 2) it was removed from Xbox Live, or 3) it was never on there to begin with.
