    i would like my permanet suspenion be reduced to a one month suspension


    My xbox account was suspended for indefinite becasue of my gamerpic i understand what i did wrong i thought it was going to be a joke im sorry for those i offended but it was my first offense and it was a perm ban i understanded if it was banned for a month or a week i just dont get why it went straight to a ban. i would like for my account to have a 1 month suspension from xbox live.

    oh so why do embassadors do what employes are supposed to do you tell people who ask questions yes or no you cant actually help its funny cus why are you needed and why is this a thing if the problems cant be solved

    i got a false ban your an amassador you can talk to them it was my first offense and know i can tell your whole company is disfunctional i was wrong to think you guys can do something helpfull its a shame. billion dollar coporation and it doesnt work right
