    I would like a refund


    i have been charged £5.99 a month for an account that i haven't used for several years now, i initially contacted customer support to cancel the automatic renewal, got told they did but continued to get charged for it, so i had had to go into my bank to
    put a block on them taking the money, now that i have switched banks the block has been lifted and I'm still getting chaŕged for an account that i have no access to

    I would like a refund

    Without the extra free space the game will be buggy and needs the free space to play not for the game itself.

    You would have to contact phone support about a refund. However, everything on the marketplace does state that there are no refunds, so there is no guarantee that they will give one. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
