I would like a refund please.

Hi, could i get PUBG refunded... i tried the game and i didn't like it. This is the first and the last time of asking... didn't noticed that there is no refunds in the digital store. Sorry for inconcenience. But i would be happy if i get this refund. I was
happy buying it but then i played it, i wasn't satisfied enough. If someone could help me. That would be great. Cause this is just 20 euro of waste.

Not sure why they would send you here. Forum support are unable to issue refunds. Only billing would be able to do that.

You can log into your Microsoft account on the website and navigate to recent purchases and select to get help with the order or you can visit Contact Us | Xbox Support and
open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.

For refund, you can first try the auto function in
http://commerce.microsoft.com if doesnt get, you will need to contact the official Xbox Support. They are the only ones that can determine if a refund is possible or not.

Our team over the phone have access to your account, whereas we in the Support forums do not, for security reasons. Someone will be able to have a look and arrange a refund if applicable. It is down to the team's discretion whether this happens or not.

You Will need to contact Xbox Support to get a refund, If You talk to Xbox Support and they Tell You can't get a refund you could try to talk to someone Else of Xbox Support, but If even so they Tell You can't so there is nothing to do.
