When I pre-ordered Destiny I was reassured that the game was an MMORPG/FPS. It turned out to be a bog standard FPS. Looking back from the reveal all the way to trailers just weeks before release it is obvious that the consumers were flat out
mis-sold. A vast amount of the product was cut, the majority of the DLC was packaged with the game. It took a few days before I encountered connection problems, though not of my own fault. I am
constantly disconnected from Destiny to the point it becomes unplayable. It has always been poor,
especially considering I haven't been disconnected from another game for a year!

A normal developer would be apologetic, probably try to fix their game and keep up on their promises. Bungie? No, they post weekly updates on their website and that is it. You occasionally get a fix for something petty, never a fix for anything major like disappearing
ammo or any of the problems in the Crucible.

DLC and important fixes are usually behind schedule, for example a fix promised on day one took a little under three months to roll out. Crota's End hard mode is yet to come out.

Destiny is ruining my life, I'm attempting to complete and keep up to date with an unplayable mess.

I want a refund. Enough is enough. Bungie and Activision have made their intentions clear: do the minimal amount of work, mislead their customers and do nothing to fix their game.

Without the extra free space the game will be buggy and needs the free space to play not for the game itself.
