I would like a refund i bought the wrong game

hey, can anyone tell me how can i refund a game each that i bought by accident? I bought grand theft auto 5 premium online edition but i meant to buy grand theft auto 5 plz help me.

I bought by mistake NBA 2K18 Legend Gold Edition while I wanted to take the Standard Edition and saw that I have no means to buy it. I would like to be reimbursed.

it doesnt let me fill the refund request it sais '' contact us'' and when i contact them its a robot that sais to contact them and then another robot answers and sais to contact

Xbox Service Alert out regarding signing into your account on an Xbox One console.

sorry to bother you again but how long will it take for the refund to happen because the game i wanted to buy is on sale right now and it will go away in a few hours and its not worth it to pay 30$ for a 5 year old game.

Is there a faster way of doing it because i really want this game.

 

That is the only way of doing it. GTA V is on sale until November 26, so there should still be time to get it on sale.
