I would like a refund, but my request was denied.

I downloaded FIFA 21, and I went on Ultimate Team. I was about to buy FIFA points, but I decided to check how much money I had left on my giftcard, and once I confirmed I had enough, my little brother came into my room and played on my xbox, and bought
FIFA points for FIFA 20 instead of FIFA 21, so I made a refund request, but Microsoft denied my request, and now I cant get my money back.

i requested a refund for cyber punk 3 days ago and it was denied. now Microsoft decided to give full refunds for the game like ps4 did. when i try to get my money back it says refund was denied, how do i fix this problem..?!?

If you're looking to get a refund, you would need to follow the instructions to request one. https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

If you requested a refund and were denied, you would need to try responding to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists.

You can also check your Order History at account.microsoft.com under Payments & Billing tab at the top. From there, you can find the order in question and verify the ammount paid and method. Then underneath that order should be a link to "Get order help".
That will take you to a page that has further details on contacting the billing department and what can be done about the order.

Submitting a refund request would be the only way to get a refund. If you were sent an email denying the request, you would reply to the email to get in touch with the refund specialists.
