I would give the story 8/10 but the online sucks!

I liked the story and I thought the graphics were great. Some of the story seemed a little far fetched, but over all it was a lot of fun. How ever the online play is the same old terrible COD, made even worse by people jumping all over the map. All I have
to say is thank god I didn't buy it, the game is a good rental for the story and nothing else.

I hope so because the multiplayer is weak!! I will give story mode a try tomorrow but so far playing online sucks. I did enjoy some co-op.

I just finished it I really enjoyed the story I'd give it probably a 7 out of 10 would be a 8 or 9 if it didn't crash so much

 

Spot on. Worst CoD multi-player ever, and that saying something. Absolute complete *** show.

 

I bought the game on release, slogged through a Prestige... returned it... thought the multiplayer was crap... a week later I actually bought it again, thinking maybe I had not given it enough time... went through two more Prestiges... and tonight I literally
broke the disc in half out of frustration and loathing... this is simply not Call of Duty, which even up to the much derided "Ghosts" was still an arcadish but semi-realistic infantry simulator... now, with kids bouncing around the map, dashing and zig zagging
in the air while quick scoping, it's no longer COD, it's a pseudo Halo clone... add a spawn system that ensures that you get shot in the back 90% of the time and lag, and you simply have an unplayable mess of a multiplayer experience... this will be the first
COD that I do not max Prestige in... sort of bums me out, but unless you are that twitch jumping, quick scoping kid, it's just not fun on any level...

 

Definitely want to play the campaign. As hokey as all the stories may have been, I always had fun playing them and hunting intel. Too bad the Veteran difficulty's not a tough as it used to be. As for the MP, I gave up on that about a week into the dumpster
fire called MW3.

 

Its the same as every CoD (connections vary, community stinks) but nonetheless, its CoD. It is what it is. Its alright, but Id rather WWII and back to basics type stuff. Ill keep my space warfare for Titanfall.

 

I just think that the only developer left who really understands COD at it's core is Treyarch...

 

^^Yeah, I cant wait for Treyarchs CoD and zombies. No dedis makes online play terribad for me alot of the time. It seems I "do better" if the kids are streaming video in the other room than I do when no one is home and I have my full four bar connection.

I guess the most frustrating thing online is the jet packers bouncing around the map. If they would just sit still I could shoot them and kill them.

The story was great. Spacey was awesome.

 

I actually like the multiplayer portion of this game. The exo jumps are a nice touch, and to me, it makes it easy to spot enemies and take them down, as I don't use it a lot, but most people use all the time. This is not the best COD game, but I'm having
fun with it when I play.

 

there have been better call of duty games and there have been worse .

 

Watching the previews for the Halo 5 Multiplayer... except for the typical Halo art style and character models, it looks exactly like COD Advanced Warfare... same thrust/dodge/slide mechanics (including the slam from above)... this is where Advanced Warfare
lost me... it's just not COD... leave the wild jetpack stuff to shooters like Halo and Titanfall... why can't COD be the infantry, boots on the ground game it has always been? Why does it have to try to be something it's not? PRAYING that Treyarch keeps to
the core of COD and doesn't try to make another Halo clone like this one...
