That's out of the scope for an Xbox forum. If the company you work for has an IT department, you should contact them.

Been trying to get help but it keeps telling me phone line not working at the moment so how do I get to speak to someone for help as I’m paying for 2 accounts that we don’t need.

A guy keeps on treatening me saying he will boot me offline and fry my AC, i blocked this person but he keeps going on alt accounts and telling me to unblock his main account and message him i dont know what to do please help.

I would suggest you take a picture and or screenshot and call xbox if you have a phone and get the xbox employees number send proof that this person is doing it and get the person banned. (this might not work it just came off the top of my Head)

@RED SHIFT1 You mean like the person standing in a phone booth asking the person in the other end of the line if he got a secure line? Well, this is not how this is working.

Also it is good to have a land line phone in case of something catastrophic happens and cellular service goes down. Land lines receive their power from the phone company and that gave generators to keep the phones up. Yeah there are a couple of exceptions
to the National DNC: Political calls and charity calls but the site explains all of that.
