    I won't receive points from my purchase i made for minecraft


    i have started using the rewards for three days now and nothing it had come up in the special buy thing if you buy you get 2000 points thing and now Minecraft was in it i was hoping for my 2000 points but nothing came up to redeem it I uninstalled and reinstalled
    Minecraft but has not worked. Hopefully someone can help me

    Purchased 3 month Gold during Minecraft promotion and haven't received my code

    Like the title says. I made this purchase on July 16, promotion said I'd receive a code for Minecraft through my messages. I have not received anything.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default
    rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    Microsoft will not refund me for these under their term of sale agrrement.

    can anyone tell me how these could have been bought without my knowledge, and is there any way to prove to MIcrosoft that I have not made these purchases.
