    I won't be charged twice for a game. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.


    So this is the story.

    I was cleaning my HD and deleting some of the games I already finished to clear some space. After deleting, the screen showed the standard menu saying that I could download again, as expected. After all, I BOUGHT THESE GAMES.

    Much to my surprise, I saw a screen saying that if I wanted to download Mass Effect again, I would have to pay R$ 69.00 (Brazillian Currency) for a game that I already paid R$ 25.00.

    I really expect this matter being dealt with soon.

    Waiting contact from someone concerned with Microsoft image, which is deteriorating by the hour. I will be happy to give you this transaction number so I can have the product I already bought back.

    Charges on my account that weren't supposed to happen

    so this is the second time Microsoft has screwed me over. Twice I clicked on promotions and twice I've been charged more for what they said they were! There is no reason this should be happening and is false advertisement. No where smdoes it make any mention
    of the product being free or $2 gold promotion. This is ridiculous

    once you purchase content it should be on your gamer tag's download history so yeah you won't be charged twice

    Then that includes Game Pass for console and PC. You won't be charged twice.

    How long ago did you make the purchases? In some ocassions it can take up to 48 hrs for a transaction to appear.

    Also if the charge is not there it could mean that it was held for some reason. Have you contacted your bank to check that?

    If the charges do not appear after 46 hrs and they were not held either. Contact support

    Realms do not automatically renew (I know from forgetting to renew mine twice). If you just let it expire you won't be charged.
