I wonder why Xbox doesn't give us a "game suggestion"

The best thing about my childhood was the games I grew up with and some of those games are not on Xbox like for example (civil war a nation divided),(Jurassic The hunted) and turok (Xbox 360 version) three of my favorite games growing up and I feel this is a great opportunity to bring those three games to Xbox One...... -1

We have wondered this but what we don't know is why he would be banned. He's only played it a handful of times. The only thing he's done different is change his gamer tag, but i don't see why that would cause a problem? The Xbox support is not at all helpful
as it doesn't give us the ability to find out if this is the case and if so why he has been banned from the game.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated

Many thanks for the info. I wonder why Microsoft xbox support suggested that the external xbox hdd would copy using Windows 10?

I can't even play online. the option to play online is faded out to were I can't select it. Its very annoying, was looking forward to playing online with my friends. And I have the game cd and even putting that in it doesn't give the option to play online.
Did they shut down the server for Crackdown. No wonder why they give good games out cause they eliminate the good parts of the game before giving them to us.
