I won the Game Pass sweepstakes?

I got an official message from Xbox Live saying that I've previously won the Xbox Game Pass sweepstakes, and if I want to claim my 24k gold plated Xbox One X I must go into my email and respond to hello world's email. However, when I checked my email, I
found no such message. I have a picture of the message below. I'd like to know if I was really lucky in winning this promotion, or if I was somehow really unlucky by getting the wrong message sent to me. My gamertag is , if that helps at all.

I won an xbox one x in June 2018, in it came two cards present, one game pass and the other live gold. As soon as I won, I inserted the game pass. Today when I used live gold, the code had already been
rescued! I looked at my history and there I used only the game pass! Whats wrong ?

I’m having an issue where I won a vip pass and the hoonigan pack. But it keeps saying in game I don’t own it.

 

Check your spam folders and your junk . If microsoft or Xbox are not in usual emails. Email is the method to clam prize

 

Even check deleted as you cloud have just clicked to fast or group delete

 

I'll recommend contacting support at Contact Us | Xbox Support and tell them that as per Xbox live message you won, but you never got an email.

At step 1 select a category such as my account and at step 2 click no thanks when asked about virtual agent. Then choose an option for chat or Callback.
