    I won a Xbox One at Gamescom 2014, but they is still not arrived.


    At the Gamescom 2014 i won a Xbox One at the stand from the Xbox. But the Xbox is still not arrived, and the Gamescom Support only said me that i must ask the Microsoft Corporation (Thames Valley Park / RG6 1WG Reading / United Kingdom / +44 8448002400 /
    xbox.com), because they made the contest. In the contest i must collect 8 cards from different games and then i get the chance to win a Xbox One and i won a Xbox One. Here a link where is a picture of the cards: Craft. Insight. Heart - Staak .
    The contest was on the 17.August.2014 at 17:00 and the price was a Xbox One in Call of Duty design with Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Sunset Overdrive, i think.

    No one on these forums can help with this, your only options are to call the organisers, or you could try calling support.
