    I won a game and I was repeatedly insulted


    hi, just now I have finished a session of play two matches on black ops 2 after about 4 years that we did not play after winning the game I realized that someone was talking in game chat, intrigued I went anchio and discovered that two individuals continued
    to insult me repeatedly, my mother and me because I had won a game.

    now I ask politely if it would be possible to take action against these two people seen repeated insults that I have taken, their gamertag is "liryys" and the other is called "man zemiys"

    Not getting coins, keys etc when due.

    For example: Today I ordered 10 keys, used 2 and won 2. S/b 10 right? No I have 8. These

    type of issues happen repeatedly. When you are retired, these free games get very expensive. Please fix or I will have to get another vice. Problems with games going out while playing and no redemption is another big pain.

    The platinum rule is flawed.

    This was my point when I first saw it appear on my Xbox. I support the Golden rule! The Platinum rule is flawed and will lead to more toxicity on the platform.

    Quick example is someone who repeatedly insults someone else, but then doesn't want to be insulted. That's not how respect works its a 2 way street

    Just be sure to report them as well. It sounds like they exploited the system just as they used to back on 360 days. I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused. If your ban is 24 hours or longer you may submit a case review.

    suspension may not even be for that interaction, but could be for something that took place days before, or if you say anything back to them that violates the code of conduct, you can still be punished.
