i won a copy of witcher 3 goty edition but its not showing up on my xbox one

Hello, when i was watching the Xbox e3 press conference i noticed the codes that were given out before the trailer for cyber punk 2077 and quickly paused my laptop to check it out. after typing in the code, i find out i won a copy of the witcher 3 game of
the year or deluxe edition. i pressed on redeem and it said i was good to go. when i got home i couldn't find it on my ready to install list anywhere. I also checked my games and apps installed category and it inst there either. i dont know where else to
check. please help!

Want game with a good and long campaign

The Witcher 3 is a must. Dragon Age Inquisition, Fallout 4, & Dying Light are good games with or without DLC. There is a goty edition of The Witcher 3 and both of its expansions are each longer than a lot of games.

 

GTA V or Witcher 3

witcher 3 now, wait a bit for gta to drop further in price and/or get a goty edition with all its dlc included. witcher 3 is supposed to be pretty big, so it should take up a good chunk of your time.

or do whatever you want, i really don't give a *** and am only writing this to make see if my computer setup works...which it doesn't really, but it's the best i've got for now.

they provided me a number for filing a criminal case? it didn't make much sense. I still need help because im worried i dont have access to my own game at all

Hi, first look at the Xbox Store if you have this game and if you have it you can install it or if you have to buy it.

I do not know where you won, but it is possible that they sent you the code for the game by email so check the email properly. Then check Xbox Live for Xbox Live if you do not have the code.
