I won a code in the Freedom Rewards and the code they sent is no good.

I won a prize in the Freedom Rewards contest and received a gift code that is essentially worthless, the code doesn't work. I have been shuffled around from person to person in support and no matter whom I speak to they all say that there is nothing they
can do and that they'll send me to someone who can, every one they send me to essentially says and does the same thing, nothing. This has frustrated me so much now for this truly small prize that I have no faith in the contests or prizes they say they'll award,
I mean if I am having this mich trouble with this small of a prize I can't imagine what it must be like to win something substantial. I am also a gold subscriber and spend a lot of money on Microsoft wares so I will most likely cut back substantially now knowing
the kind of service and treatment I will receive and should expect. One lady was VERY kind and felt bad about it as how frustrated and bummed out I am, but I reminded her how I regardless appreciated her time and trying in vain to remedy the situation. So
this FREEDOM REWARDS contest is truly a massive gamble even if you win it is assured, at least where I am concerned. So if anyone can ACTUALLY HELP ME. It would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thank you if anyone human reads this and can act on it not in vain.

Code I got says it has been redemed and I DIDN'T redeem it.

I have a code that I earned with the Freedom rewards program that says it has been redeemed but I did'nt redeem it yet.

I saved a copy of the page it came on to my account. I DID NOT REDEEM IT. I earned it on 2/20/17 from the freedom rewards program on Xlive.



I had an online support chat w/Microsoft And they said they would be

sending a report to you also. They said you would give me another code.

I didn''t want my reward to go on another account and I NEVER entered the code for it, FIX IT.

Here is the answer you sent and the prematurely LOCKED THE POST.

"Hello ,

We see that this token was redeemed on your alternate account."

I did not enter or authorize the reward to go to that account and that's not where it was supposed to go. That is my roommate's account. Please put the reward on the account where it is listed as in the link I provided. I repeat I never entered
that code for the account it went to.
