Discus and support I wish to know why I got a communication ban in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was just playing with my friend and then I just hear him saying if I'm here I look at the party and I see that it says that my privacy setting...     I wish to know why I got a communication ban


    I was just playing with my friend and then I just hear him saying if I'm here I look at the party and I see that it says that my privacy setting prevent me to talk so I thought it was just a glitch I tried fixing it no luck then I try and send my friend
    a message explaining what happened then I get greeted with a text screen to tell me to do something else because I was prohibited to send messages so that's when I figured out that I got a communication ban so I tried one last thing rebooting my Xbox and that
    didn't work so I sent a report to Xbox insider hub and I thought to try on my phone and I tried told me to come to Xbox.com so I wish to know how I got banned and why.

    You should be able to find the information you are looking for on the
    Xbox Enforcement     web site and eligible you will also be able to request a case review from here as well.

    Umm why in heavens name would you get any notifications on enforcement actions taken against accounts that isn't yours ?

    You do realize that violates privacy laws right?

    Regardless of you or him.filing a report on each other you neither are told of any action taken against them as its between them and the pet team

    And fyi it doesn't matter who starts the fight you are accountable for YOUR own actions which result.in your suspension and his if he received one and no they won't tell you any result as that's between them and the other party.

    Live life and play fair it's that simple

    Also you can file a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com if applicable but you already admitted to violating the terms of use

    Fyi you aren't really allowed to retaliate hence why you are never given who reported you and why just the type of suspension.

    Block ignore and report that's all you are allowed to do

    The enforcement team does send a thank you message occasionally. It's very rare.
