I wish to buy an offer on my x box live Gold to renew and its gone!

Dear Sir or Madam,

I wish to renew for £26.99 my x box live account. After checking the card was still valid, it does expire this month, I went to renew. It is gone ! I contacted your support and they say I need to contact you like this. I wanted to write or email but there
is no way. How can I renew for £26.99 please? If it is now £39.99 I will buy the renewal from Amazon.

Auto Renewal Problem

Hi,

I rejected to renew my x-box live gold membership when it asked, I also turned off auto-renewal on my account yet it is still continuing to renew. I don't have enough money to renew it at the moment. I don't want to renew and I rejected to renew again. Also
my card is expired on the billing information as well causing further problems.

I do want to renew in the future but atm i don't have enough money in the bank to cover paying for the GOLD membership. I would like to know how to deal with this problem so it doesn't cause me problems with the bank, Thanks.

 

Do i have to buy gold twice?

I bought x box gold from the online store when it was on sale about two months ago, its a three month subscription and my manage subscriptions button in my xbox say its still good. But when i try to play online it asks me to buy a gold membership! i still
have one and its really pissing me off and i don't have the money to buy **** gold again whats going on?

Was this a promotion that was offered on the dashboard of the console? If so, these are limited time offers and subject to change at any time. In order to get that offer, you would need to obtain it through the console. We don't have the ability to offer
a promotion like that over the forums unfortunately. Prices and Promotions vary by region so you'll want to keep an eye out on the dashboard or at other retailers for sales and other offers.
