I will need to pay again for purchased item

Hi there, so I purchased my WIN10 edition Minecraft from microsoft store long time ago. I downloaded it only once on my pc. So I rebooted my pc, and i signed in to the store again, and it shows that I haven't purchased Win10 minecraft and asked me to pay
again. What should i do?

I have the same issue with Xbox 1 version of Fallout 4. I bought it when it came out and played it Thursday night. Friday morning error message says prove you own it, sign in to account. I signed out and back in, same error. I tried restart, unplugging
the power, nothing helps. I have had frequent problems with the Xbox 1, but never it demanding I pay twice for a game.

i can't find the history of me buying the minecarft but it showed that i puchased realm in win10 version 2 months ago

check your download history, purchases in the windows 10 store, i have the same when i look at minecraft in the store and is due to being replaced with a version that contains other stuff.

Thank you for your reply. It is not showing in the order history. That is probably because it came as a bundle. OR I got the disc, or both. Found the disc.

Now not sure its the same looking on PC for this, but there is an order history on xbox. It should show the date of purchase for everything associated with your account. If there is the same option for PC, check for it and then contact support with the
evidence to get it fixed
