    i have a banned for acting like Microsoft i was banned on i still xpwnx i was banned back on oct/05/2015

    please give me a 2end chance i have seen how it it is like and will like my account reopen i have been banned for 2 years almost 3 years can you please unbanned this account this will never happen again please this is a promise i will help keep xbox live
    a safe community for everyone and will go by the code of conduct

    xbox enforcement

    I have been banned/ enforced upon but the official Xbox website doesn't say that I have been banned/ enforced upon even the bot says I haven't been banned/ enforced upon,
    so I would like to know why I'm banned and if I'm not meant to be banned/ enforced upon can my ban/ enforcement be lifted?

    Forums cannot help with enforcement action

    And fyi you have to have a clean record meaning you probably lost your ambassadorship

    Fyi your handbook tells you this information

    Enforcement.xbox.com is the only way to reach the team

    Getting an old account unbanned

    I did contact them to get the ban lifted as soon as it happened but because of my repeat offences at the time they decided to not lift the ban, thanks for your response :)
