    I was wrongly suspended in 7/31/15


    In 7/31/15, I was wrongly suspended and accused of inappropriate communications and before 7/31/15, I was not trash talking and cursing other players on Xbox live, I was playing games on Xbox one the whole time before I had a error and I got accidentlly
    suspended of communications on 7/31/15, I have a feeling that Xbox Support should take off all of the enforcement actions that have been put into my Xbox Account and I could have a perfect record for my account and my gamertag is .

    Hi I believe that my account was wrongly suspended. I logged onto my account today and I received a note telling me that my account was banned for 7 days. I would like some clarification but on this because I have no clue what this is about.

    I was wrongly suspended in 7/31/15

    The enforcement team don't use the forums & xbox live enforcement is nothing to do with support.

    As the suspensions were from 2 years ago there's nothing you can do as you have to file for a case review within 12 months of receiving any type of enforcement action.

    Remember that all reports are thoroughly investigated before any enforcement action is issued.
