I was wrongly console banned and I was wanting it fixed

There is no fix as it's not reviewable

Now if you bought it used you need to take it up with the seller

Some.will sell banned or done something theynknow they shouldn't and sell it before it gets banned

Console bans are issued as a last resort & are never reversed.
