I was wrongly banned

today i get on my xbox and find i am communicatin banned. I looked 3 days ago and saw terrible messages from my account and i quickly apologized to the victims and told them someone was on my account. Afterwards i tried to change the password but it kept
saying that xbox services were not available at the time, i then contacted my friends ive gameshared with in the past and one of them stepped forward, we talked and he promsied he wouldnt go on my account again, so fast forward back to today, i look at the
history and saw past enforcements, i was not notified at all, and now im sitting here trying to remove this ban, ive been inactive for a really long time, i had no idea this was going on, i tried to file a case review and the questions that i had to answer
had answers were it could be one answer or another and could be debated about which is correct for hours, i also read some questions wrong due to blurry vision in my left eye which makes words hard to decipher sometimes unless they are words i look at daily
and i can familarize them, i hope my side of everything can be seen and i can get unbanned and change my password successfully

I got banned for cheating however, I cannot help finding a match in black ops 2 and joining a lobby that gives xp also it gives 1 level or xp then kicks you so you don't even have enough time to react as you join then are kicked instantly, shouldn't you
be banning the modders and not the people affected by then such as myself this is the 2nd time this has happened and it needs sorting. You banning system is awful

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You'll have to try submitting a case review again, however, keep in mind you are responsible for your account at all times. It's also a violation of the code of conduct to let someone else access your account.
