Nothing can be transferred between accounts.

If you can't transfer progress from your first account to your second, one option could be to share the desired items between both accounts. Some games have the option to transfer items or gift them to other players, so you could try transferring your items or progressing to your new account this way.

As for clearing your first account, it will depend on the game and the options you offer. Some games allow you to delete or reset an account, but this may mean losing all your progress and associated content.

Saved games/progress cannot be transferred to another account. If that saved progress in on your own account there is no way to move it.

Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer your Fortnite progress from your Nintendo Switch to your Xbox. This is because Fortnite accounts are platform-specific, and progress made on one platform cannot be transferred to another. However, you can still use the same Epic Games account on both platforms, which will allow you to keep your purchases and progress separate but still accessible on both platforms.
