I was wondering for a forced name change

My gamertag currently is [Mod Removed] which violates the Terms of use

I doubt forced name changes adding yo perm bans anymore since you can't pick your name after a forced name change is issued

You pay for the custom name after a forced change

probably for people to think twice about using the same or similar name

Hello there CleverColt90006, There is no way to request a forced name change. The enforcement team will only investigate your account if someone has filed a complaint on your account and they will only give a forced change if your gamertag
violates the code of conduct. Even if they did issue a forced change, they would give you a randomly generated tag.
You would not be able to choose your new tag without paying.

 

Yup, it most certainly does.

It will get forcibly changed as soon as someone reports it and the Enforcement Team reviews the report.

However, you have no control over the new name (it is randomly generated as soon as the FNC (Forced Name Change) is applied) so if you want it to be something you want, you will need to pay the fee to change the name.

 

my advice pay the 10 bucks and change it yourself cause when (not if) it does get changed you will have an enforcement action flag on your account and you do not want that.
