I was going to gift my friend Saints Row 2 But It doesn't work Why could you at least make a deal where it is 100 percent off or something please

No, that's not possible. The game has to be downloaded or transferred only using the features available for console. For digital games, it has to be downloaded over the internet. Even if the game is currently installed, other Xbox profile may not be able to play the game due to the license requirements.

Saints Row is my favorite game. Got Saints Row, Saints Row 2 and Saints Row 3 on their release day, and have every achievement in the first 2 (close to Saints 3). Saints Row 3 is a great game! Loving the V-TOL
