    My banned account

    My xbox account (IPoZxTRICKSHOT) was banned a year or so back and it was banned unfairly i contacted live supported and have been banned unfairly for "modding and cheating" which was 100% incorrect and i feel it should be unbanned

    That's because phone/chat support are nothing at all to do with xbox live enforcement.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums either.

    You can go to the enforcement site
    here     for more info on any enforcement actions you have & to file for a case review if eligible.
