    I was Unfairly banned and i can't file a Case review and the ban is more than 24 Hours


    i have been banned for doing nothing wrong or doing anything worse than what has been said to me by other xbox live members

    i have a received communications ban for doing nothing wrong and i am unable to make a case review but the ban is for longer than 24 hours the ban started on the 23rd at 8:15pm and runs till the 25th at 12:15am. last time i checked that is longer than 24
    hours and i was unjustly banned.

    get this sorted i have been a member for almost 7 years and never been banned before.

    I am not happy at all!

    so i just got banned for an innapropropriet msg but wat msg i sent 1 msg to day and it was ill play you later in naruto storm 4 then i got banned like 8 hours later

    There's people violating the Code of Conduct all the time on Xbox Live, but all it takes to get hit with a ban is for someone to report you while you're in the act.

    Since you say you aren't able to file a case review, there is unfortunately nothing else you can do but sit out the rest of the communications suspension.

    A communications suspension only mutes all mic/messaging functionality from your account, but you are still able to play multiplayer games online.

    You can file for a case review on a permanent ban.

    It's console bans or 24 hour suspensions that you can't file for a case review.
