    Absolutely not happy !!

    My account was given a communication ban 2 days ago as a result of being trolled online and I was suspended for 2 weeks now today I have been banned as a result of messaging people , talking and voice communication how can I do this when I am banned someone
    needs to get my account sorted as soon as possible or I will stop spending my cash on your service and go elsewhere.

    I have been banned before and I know what for but this time is ridiculous I have been banned for communication but I have not been playing with anyone but my friends this is unacceptable and for two weeks they better sort this out!!!!! I have done nothing
    wrong I have been getting false reported

    don't really matter if it's a fake report you would've only had a suspension if it was valid

    You must be rated e for everyone regardless

    If over 24hours you can file an cases reviews at Enforcements

    If someone insults you with such comments and you report then.

    They're mostly likely to receive a communication ban. Afterward, just block them and move on.

    Don't feed the trolls friend.

    For future reference, please don't abuse the report a player system to troll/prank somebody. As others have stated, it sounds like either you or your cousin have been given a communication ban.

    Account suspension / enforcement

    I also received a communications suspension for 7 days. I only party chat with friends on my friends list, no text chat whatsoever. I took the quizzes with the loaded questions and now I have to wait 24 hours to retake them. By the time I actually "pass"
    a quiz and someone reviews it the suspension will be lifted. Second time this has happened, being trolled for being a good player doesn't seem right. What happenes if I get reported just because someone doesn't like me again? Permanent ban? And by the way,
    my rep is excellent.

    Xbox com Ban is getting absurd

    Thats my problem with the system. I can‘t take action but trolls can. You and i both now trolls have a easy time. Unless your actually say you troll it wont get you banned at all. Even quitting early dont get you bannes even tough its a report reason.
