    I was treated like a dog after i purchased your product


    Bought an XBOX ONE in December 2015.

    The power plug burns.

    XBOX asks me to go check if the power supply is the real problem.

    I checked just to be told the second day, that yeah it is broken you can buy a new one, but we can not give you a new one, you have to find it on Amazon.

    I go to Amazon, does not ship to Qatar.

    Finally i found the power supply on souq(dot)com

    Conclusion from a professional salesman: Microsofts' customer service = 0, you are manufacturers not leader of the industry.

    another windows platform 8 streaming problem thread.....

    So after being subjected to much "run-around", "buck passing" and otherwise generally distasteful behavior, i have FINALLY found resolution for my issue with streaming problems and lack of support for a newly purchased product;

    returned my newly purchased laptop for full refund, and purchased a like new similar model with windows 7 on craigslist.

    maybe give windows 8 a try later, but i must point out my disgust for the business practices by todays software/hardware manufacturers, microsoft included... i cannot recommend your product to anyone, and i am considering filing complaints regarding unethical
    business practices.....

    You know what's even worse? The fact that they keep us paying customers in the dark. Don't expect me to purchase the new Xbox, because I won't. I Can't help but feel that we're been treated like dogs. You can suck a fat one, Microsoft.

    and register your new console. Then you can send in the power supply for repair or replacement.

    A controller is just like any other piece of equipment, if well looked after it can last for quite some time whereas when miss treated it's life span can shorten. I, like many others on here have had controllers last for many years and i have also purchased
    controllers that played up a few weeks after buying it. Where i am lucky is the store i purchase from know i treat all my gaming products really well and have never refused replacing a product for me.

    I also find it is always handy to own a second controller - just as a back u

    What is really annoying, is that you guys lack the imagination necessary to come up with different names so that people can easily distinguish what product they have purchased. Causing your customers to lose money because we didn't purchase the correct product for functionality because the names are so similar. I understand the posters frustration while also understanding that some games are not compatible with certain consoles.

    Your company knows this as well, and I feel it's borderline abusive that you operate this way, all while treating your customers like we are the ones who are ignorant, because you name your products so similarly.

    Not cool.
