Discus and support i was told to send a post here because i cant access the preview dashboard, i have contacted ... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; it says i need to wait for a service message on one account but its been over 5 days and still noting and xbox support says it takes up to 72hrs....     Preview Dashboard app

    I am in the Xbox One Preview program, but I didn't get the message with the link to download the Preview Dashboard app, probably because of my privacy settings.

    And I am not able to access the Xbox Early Access forum too.

    I contacted Support and they told me to post here.

    Have you got the dashboard preview app and installed, if you have open it choose registration does it say enrolment pending, if it does it can take a couple of days also things have been a bit stretch this month, also its the weekend and on top of that its

    Hi Dynasty,

    just to clarify you have been invited to the program and you are waiting for the service message to arrive to allow you to access the preview app?

    If that is the case then I need to point out that being invited does not automatically mean you get that message. You must go through selection first. If you are selected you will then get the service message.

    Participation in the preview program in not guaranteed and due to the volume of people applying you would not be sent a message if you are not selected.

    If support are telling you you have been selected then all I can ask is that you are patient - due to the number of people joining the program there is a backlog - and you may need to wait for the next update wave before you can join.
