feedback on a report

i reported [Mod Deleted] for DDosing my account, i was told by xbox support i would receive an email with feedback ive now been told that is not the case. what did XBLPET do to punish this criminal?

 

I also want to add that he didn't just boot me once. I couldn't get online for an hour and a half.

 

Sorry not buying it the PET would NEVER have you report tags that way reporting them from your console's dashboard is the only way to report them. also if you are getting DDOS then reset your modem and router by unplugging them and plugging them back in
or call your ISP those are your ONLY options.

 

He did send it to me actually. Would you like my email and password to prove it? Also, resetting your modem and router does absolutely nothing. This guy kept me offline for almost 2 hours. No internet whatsoever. You don't have to believe me but I'm
not a liar, thank you. These people need to be stopped. They have ways to investigate these types of things from what I hear. I pay $70 a year to play Xbox and if I have to get a VPN service to protect my ip it's going to cost me about $200 a year just
to play Xbox. Not cool. Look on Youtube and you'll see thousands of videos teaching you how to DDOS. I'm begging you XBLPET India, please do something.

yeah but again not buying it a PET member would never say that must be a new member of the team that does not know all the rules as I have seen people in other support areas and ambassadors give out wrong info but there is no calling out of tags in the forum
period. if resetting your modem/router is not working then call up your ISP that is your only options and that is all you will be getting out of me.

I didn't ask for your help or your opinion, davemcfly85. Whether you like it or not, this IS a serious issue and needs (and has for some time) to be addressed. This happens almost daily to me on my main account. People are doing this at will and just for
fun now it seems. The guy who attacked me the other day (who I'm here complaining about) thought it would be funny to do it to me again the next day so he did. He still had my ip. At that point I was too tired to even care. I never thought I'd say this,
but I'm actually getting sick of playing Xbox over this. Why bother? It isn't fun anymore.

in a snap. If I had the correct proof, of course. I would check his messages or something. Whatever they/you do. This guys simple answer right here: You have been DDOSED, as this is not a problem, It cannot be fixed. We will look into his/hers profile and
see if we can find any proof. I used yo lay Halo 3 and you could find a gut with a Jtag/RGH in every other ranked lobby, mostly lone wolves or team snipes. I still don't see why Microsoft can't see through this bs. IT'S SO SIMPLE! THIS IS BARELY AN INVESTIGATION!!!
Either look into the ip of the guy/woman who booted him offline, find his location, look into his Xbox, see if it has a jasper, xe, RGH, r-Jtag er something. I think that's what they do anyways. Either way O know Microsoft cracks down on console tampering
pretty easily. Hackers are everywhere in halo 3. So put some Microsoft team members in there to clean up the place!
