I was told I have a refund on xbox. how do i use it?

The currency would have been added to your Microsoft account balance. When you make a purchase on the Xbox store, you would choose that as your payment option.

It's not how.many refunds you have left

It is whenever you are showing a pattern of abusing the refund policy then they will cut you off

You can check your account.Microsoft.com to see how many refunds you ordered

Now If you mean how many refunds can you get?

I wouldn't ask that

You have to keep in mind it's not try before you buy and if you are right abusing it you could face marketplace suspension as it's meant for legitimate mistakes not I beat It as fast as I could now onto the next game

No one in this community will be able to tell you how many refunds you have as we don't have access to this information. The refund team have access to this information, however, but the only way to reach them is by requesting a refund.

You should be able to see your refund request history through the refund request page here: Request a refund for digital games | Xbox Support

When you click onto refund status it will list recent refunds. However, I am unsure if it will list all of them. You can also see what was refunded on your orders page here: Microsoft account | Order history

If you just request a refund you can simply reply to the email confirmation of your request.

But if the refund has been already approved I apologize but you may need to repurchase the game or item.
