    I was told by Xbox Support that I needed to post on this Forum to have my Reward points ...


    I have been in contact with the Xbox Support to get my Microsoft 12 month Xbox Subscription Reward applied to my account after it didn't go through last night. They were unable to fix the problem and now my Xbox live account is canceled. I was told by the
    person i was communicating with that I was guaranteed to get my Reward points reimbursed after posting on this forum. The conversation I.D. # is: 1410684897. The amount that is supposed to be reimbursed would be 29,000 points. Please let me know if there is
    any other information you need from me.

    when talking to them i was told to contact the Preview Membership support through this forum. She stated that i could be reimbursed or have my console replaced through them.

    Need help from a customer support representative from the xbox live rewards department

    I have been a member of xbox live rewards since the 10th of may 2014 and I stopped receiving e-mails from the rewards program since march 2016 and I have not received any points for the money I have spent on games over the past 2 years on xbox. I spoke to
    xbox support and they said that I needed to update my billing information which I have done and he told me to post here and said that I should be given the points that I didn't get over the past two years.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.
