I acknowledge that I paid for a service and did not get said service. Can you please also list the policy where it talks about your customer service staff hanging up on it's customers? I'll gladly post the calls for you.

Microsoft giving away XBOX ONES and Games to loyal customers

They are rewarding loyal customers. They never said all loyal customers did they. It is a random bunch of Xbox fans. By the way all customers get called loyal customers by every company these days. It is 2013 most companies stopped calling us idiots and
started sucking up last century you know. When was the last time you called a company and sat in a Que without getting told repeatedly, by a recording how valuable your call is?

Refunds are handled only through support.

There is no free name change if you don't have a randomized name upon creation.
