I was told by a Xbox support member that I need EA access to send me a code for a new 10...

I am getting the same thing mate! It is so frustrating.

Ea support told me it's to do with Microsoft and when I contact Microsoft they have no idea?

I haven't had a code sent to me via email or xbox messages. EA support told me once I am a member no code is required you should have access straight away..

One more thing, I have contacted EA Help and they told me to turn to Microsoft Support:

Now in this situation what you need to do is you will need to contact Microsoft Xbox for the issue that you are facing as we only support the subscription of origin access premium and origin access basic.Ea access and EA membership is been taken care by Microsoft.

Hi I'm asking regarding the ea access beta. I was told by microsoft that all preview members would have access to this beta but I have not received a code yet. It also says on my preview apps info that preview members should have access. Is there anyway

When this member told you about the code was it in a message that you can reply to?

I think also that if its for a trial or beta the code may be sent to the email you signed up with EA to.
